Education

I am a sophomore at Texas Tech University who is currently a double major in Political Science and Economics.

Experience

I was very actively involved with academics and tutoring in high school. I was the treasurer of the National Honors Society, which as a member and officer led to the opportunity to tutor many of my fellow peers in various subjects. I feel comfortable with ACT assistance as well as I got a 30 composite score on the ACT and often worked with teachers in our school's ACT workshop. Additionally, I am capable of being a music tutor because I was an NMMEA (New Mexico Music Educator Association) All-State Trombone player who has taken many different music courses and played in many ensembles. I want to be a tutor because I feel it is an awesome opportunity to teach others in various subjects and learn the different ways people react to instruction and education. I am comfortable with all different types of students who are in all types of organizations as I have been a member of: basketball, track, FFA, Band, Student Council, and National Honors Society.
